I have been coming to Relive for Physical therapy and Redlight for 3 months. Over that time have had drastic improvement in range of motion and strength for my ankles/feet as well as improvement in my chronic pain issues for ankles/feet. Redlight, along with being in a slight calorie deficit and trying to get some exercise 3-5x a week, have lost about 30lbs in that time. They have a body scanner, Styku, that sends the scans to an app on your phone so you can monitor how many inches you lose or how your visceral fat has gone down etc... lots of great info if you are on a health journey.

The staff is excellent. Everyone genuinely cares about getting you better, improving your strength and helping to train muscles to eliminate pain as much as possible.

The main PT I work with is Steve, he is amazing and cannot recommend him highly enough. Not only does he take his time explaining the exercises and adjusting as needed, he gives great advice to achieving goals for muscle building/strength/weightloss. He also offers personal training sessions and there are several weight training/workout machines on site. Some visits we work on similar exercises/stretches but usually get new ones to practice and do at home as well to work toward the goals. He also occasionally gives a very deep massage for muscles that need it. He sometimes does pulls/manipulations which also feel great to relieve pressure on joints. Many of the exercises we do not only for the physical therapy aspect but they also double to build strength to help me toward weightloss/muscle building goals.

Dan is another excellent PT at the location I have worked with often for therapy. He is very kind and explains things really well and goes above and beyond to ensure you are not overdoing to injure yourself. He also does gentle pulls/manipulations/massages sometimes to warm up the muscle being worked on. I do alot of great exercises with him as well that have really improved foot strength. He also recently started Ultrasound therapy for my achilles and that seems to be helping decrease pain.

Deanna is the 3rd therapist I see but not as often due to the days I usually schedule she is not there. She is also really nice and you can tell she cares and is there to help.

Really love working with all 3, they all do things slightly different so I feel like it is more comprehensive, and great getting tips and advice from all 3. Nothing has conflicted, just adds to what I can learn to help fix my issues. All of the PTs are professional and friendly which makes the time pass quickly and pleasantly.

As far as the Redlight I really love it. I mainly wanted to go to redlight therapy sessions to help decrease the amount of loose skin as I lose weight (at age 43 started in August at 285lbs) but also because it helps the mitochondria of the cells and helps reduce inflammation. It seems to help recovery after the Physical therapy workouts which is another bonus. Red light is also supposed to help release some of the stored fat in the cells. So it is excellent, all around, to add if actively working on weightloss. It is very relaxing and suggest having some relaxing music and doing breathing techniques as well. Their machine is powerful and get to relax on the table, feels like being out on the beach on a warm sunny day. I do the vibration plate before and after redlight as well to help move the lymphatic fluid. They have a high quality vibration plate much better than my one at home, and you can do some PT moves on it easily because of the handlebars (I love squats on it) I always leave super relaxed.

I should mention that they also have muscle relaxing techniques they use like a very strong vibration ball and vibration rollers, as well as heating pads as needed depending on how you feel that day (since some days pain could be worse as in something is strained from a wrong move/miss-step/pull etc)

After being in an accident, I suffered a serious leg injury and the recovery process felt overwhelming at first. Working with Steve has made a huge difference in my healing. From day one, he took the time to understand my injury, explain the process clearly, and create a treatment plan that actually works.

Steve is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. He genuinely cares about his patients and their progress, and it shows in every session. Because of his dedication and expertise, I’ve seen real improvement in my leg and feel more confident in my recovery.

I’m very grateful for Steve’s support and highly recommend him to anyone needing physical therapy after an injury.

ReLive recently expanded their services into general health and wellness, so I decided to get an hour long stretch with Steve. I’ve been busy lately, so I’ve been neglecting stretching, but I swear one session with Steve got me right back on track. He focused on the areas I had the most tension at. He asked questions before the session to tailor the stretch to my needs. The space itself was also massive, clean and felt private bc of how big it was. Lastly, the parking in the back made it easy to get in and out. I plan on coming back after the holidays and look forward to checking out the rest of their new services in 2026!

I am living my best life after ReLive Therapy!

“Absolutely amazing experience dealing with both Adam & Roberto. After getting in a major accident leaving me with sever whiplash I was fortunate enough to get into relive within 3 days of my accident. They are very knowledgeable in what they do which made my recovery nice and easy. Going 2-3 times a week you become very close to both the therapist as well as other patients which makes for a great time. Would highly recommend this facility as well as both therapist!”

Steve has been absolutely incredible throughout my physical therapy journey. From day one, he has been knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, listens to concerns without rushing, and adjusts treatment based on how I’m feeling and progressing.

What really sets Steve apart is how much he truly cares. He’s not just focused on exercises—he’s focused on long-term healing and making sure you feel supported and confident every step of the way. Because of his guidance, encouragement, and consistency, I’ve made significant progress both physically and mentally.

I’m extremely grateful for his dedication and professionalism. I couldn’t have asked for a better physical therapist and would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond.
